  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

 

Return Policy

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@saltandsummer.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your items back.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@saltandsummer.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We will prioritize resolving the issue for you.

  • Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
